Stay in this newly refurbished former Court House, retaining many period features with nods to its former history. Offering easy access to the amenities of Pateley Bridge in the heart of Nidderdale.

Enjoy walking or cycling the gorgeous countryside, the great children’s play park by the river Nidd and exploring the local towns of Skipton, Harrogate, Grassington and beyond.

The heart of this cottage has a fully equipped, family size, kitchen and courtroom dining area for gathering together to enjoy breakfast, an evening meal, the TV or even a singsong around the electric piano. The living room, the Judges robing room in a former life, has the original marble fireplace with gas fire, smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar and a quiet corner to read the newspaper or a book.

There’s an additional loo downstairs with a small utility room with a washing machine off the entrance.

Upstairs features part of the original courtroom ceiling, trusses and beams cleverly displayed through glass, with great light from Velux roof windows. The 3 bedrooms are cosy and light, the house bathroom has a shower over the bath.
